  • Do you offer tours for cruise ship passengers?

    Yes, we specialize in shore excursions from Kusadasi, Bodrum, Izmir and Istanbul Ports, perfectly timed to fit your cruise schedule. Our team monitors ship docking times closely, and we provide a dedicated meeting point right outside the port. For longer excursions, that requires distant journey over 200 km we strongly recommend that your cruise ship stays docked for at least 2 hours longer then tour’s estimated time.
  • Is it possible to pre-purchase entrance tickets through your agency?

    Yes, we offer the option to pre-purchase your entrance tickets at official prices—no extra fees added. This allows you to skip long lines at popular sites like Ephesus, Pamukkale, and Pergamon and many more. However, some attractions like the House of the Virgin Mary must be paid on-site in local currency. once you order Pre-Purchase ticket, payment will be to your local guide in cash, as there is no any addtional cost for this service, we accept only cash for pre-purchase tickets.
  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard. . Payments are securely processed and will appear on your statement as “GOE TURIZM”. Prices are shown in USD, but we also accept EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD, payments, and exchange rates are updated daily.

    Yes, we offer both private and small group tours based on request. Our small group tours are designed to be intimate and comfortable, typically limited to a maximum of 15 participants, ensuring personal attention and a high-quality experience.   • What kind of hotels do you include in your packages?

    We work with carefully selected 4-star, 5-star, and boutique hotels depending on your budget and preferences. All accommodations are centrally located or well-situated near key attractions, and include breakfast. Upgrades to luxury hotels are available upon request.
  • Are flights included in your tour packages?

    Domestic flights are included when specified in the itinerary. We arrange your tickets based on the most suitable schedules for your tour flow. Flight costs are factored into your package unless otherwise noted.
  • What is the luggage allowance on domestic flights?

    Most domestic airlines in Turkey allow 15 of checked luggage and 8 kg of hand luggage per passenger. If you anticipate exceeding this allowance, please inform us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.
  • Are entrance fees included in the tour cost?

    Some tours include entrance fees (if indicated in the itinerary) in the package price, while others offer them as an pay on the spot. We provide a full breakdown in advance and offer to pre-purchase tickets at official prices with no surcharge—allowing you to skip long lines and enjoy more of your day.
  • Can I join a tour last minute?

    We require at least 1 day, especially for daily tours. However, some tours require advance planning (e.g., flights, hotel stays etc.). For multi-day packages, we recommend booking at least 7 days in advance. while checking the days the system will infrom you depending on the type of the tour.
  • Is transportation included in the tours?

    Yes, all of our tours include comfortable, air-conditioned private or shared transportation, depending on the package. Airport transfers are also included if your tour begins or ends with a flight.
  • Will there be a tour guide throughout the tour?

    Yes. All our tours are led by licensed professional guides who speak your language and offer insightful commentary, historical context, and personal recommendations throughout your journey. Only those tours such as Boat Trip, Quad Safari, Jeep Safari etc will not have a Licenced Professional Guide yet a tour leader or Team Leader. 

  • Do you accommodate dietary restrictions or preferences?

    Definitely. Whether you’re vegetarian, gluten-free, or have specific allergies, just let us know in advance. We’ll do our best to arrange meals accordingly—especially for packages that include lunch or dinner.   • When will I receive my domestic flight tickets for the tour?

    For most of our tours, your domestic flight tickets will be sent to you digitally a few days before the tour begins. However, for longer itineraries (typically 7 days or more), tickets may be issued and provided during the tour itself—usually a day before your scheduled flight. In either case, our team will inform you in advance and ensure you have all the details you need with plenty of time to prepare.
