  4–Tour Schedule and Flexibility:

The sequence of daily activities may vary depending on weather conditions, crowd levels, flight schedules, and guest preferences to ensure the best possible experience.
The hot air balloon ride in Cappadocia is optional and subject to weather conditions. Please inform us in advance if you wish to participate.
Flight times between destinations will be arranged based on domestic flight availability. Your guide will provide exact pick-up times accordingly.

6–Flight Details and Transfers:
The package includes round-trip domestic flights with airport transfers upon arrival and departure.
Guests are advised to share international flight details for seamless transfer arrangements on arrival and departure days to Turkiye.
All domestic flights are in economy class, but upgrades can be arranged upon request.

7–Meals and Dietary Preferences:

• Breakfast is included daily at the hotels

• Lunches are provided (unless otherwise specified for some days) on full-day excursions, featuring authentic Turkish cuisine at local restaurants

• Dinners are not included (unless otherwise specified for some days), allowing you to explore local dining options in each city

• If you have dietary restrictions (vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.), please inform us at the time of booking

• Turkish Lira (TRY) is the local currency; credit and debit cards are widely accepted

12–Booking & Payment Policy for Multi-Day Tours:
To ensure a seamless experience, all reservations for multi-day Turkish package tours must be made at least 7 days in advance. This lead time is essential for us to confirm domestic flights, accommodations, and personalized arrangements.

For tours starting within 7 days of booking, full payment is required at the time of reservation.

For tours starting more than 14 days ahead, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged 14 days before your scheduled start date.
