Agreement Between Visit to Ephesus Travel and Its Clients
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Visit to Ephesus Travel ("VTE," "we," or "us"), including access to our websites such as www.guideofephesus.com (collectively referred to as the "Site") and any associated services, including vacation packages, guided tours, accommodation reservations, and other related offerings ("Services").
The term "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual accessing our Site or utilizing our Services.
By using our Site or booking with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, as well as any policies outlined during the booking process. If you do not accept these Terms, you must refrain from using the Site or booking Services. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of any changes made to these Terms.
Important Notice: Please note that Section 26 contains an arbitration clause and waiver of jury trials and class actions.
Privacy Policy

Eligibility
By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. Users under 18 are not permitted to access or use our Services. If you accept these Terms on behalf of a company or organization, you warrant that you have the authority to do so.
Pricing, Payment Terms, and Promotional Codes
- Currency and Payment: All prices are listed primarily in Euros, though they may be displayed in U.S. Dollars. Payment must be completed in U.S. Dollars. Exchange rates are updated daily and built into our pricing.
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, UnionPay, and JCB. All payments are processed securely and will appear as "GOE TURIZM" on your statement.
- Price Changes: While we aim to honor all listed prices, unforeseen regulatory fees or museum/tour changes may necessitate small surcharges.
- Promotions: Promotional codes are subject to specific terms and may only be used once per booking. Misuse of promo codes can result in booking cancellation.
Modification requests must be submitted via our Customer Support Center.
- For tours excluding Colosseum entries, modifications requested more than 24 hours before the tour start time will be honored without charge where possible.
- For tours including Colosseum entries, modifications must be requested at least 35 days before the tour date.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your booking through the "My Orders" section or by contacting Customer Support. Refund eligibility depends on the timing and type of booking.
- Small Group Tours: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled tour time are refundable minus applicable fees.
- Private Tours: Cancellations made at least seven (7) days prior to the start time will be refunded, less any cancellation costs.
- Non-Refundable Elements: Domestic and international flights, certain museum entries, hot air balloon rides, and pre-purchased event tickets are generally non-refundable.
In the case of events beyond our control — such as natural disasters, war, pandemics, or government restrictions — we may issue you a credit voucher instead of a cash refund.
Credit vouchers are valid for 36 months from the issue date and are non-redeemable for cash.
Tour Timing and Communication
Tour start times reflect the local destination time zone. Users must provide accurate and active phone numbers and email addresses at the time of booking to ensure smooth communication in case of updates or changes.
Property and Liability
Visit to Ephesus Travel is not liable for the loss or theft of personal belongings, injury, or accidents during tours. While we carefully select our service providers, clients participate at their own risk and should safeguard personal property at all times.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances. We may suggest insurance providers, but we do not act as an intermediary or accept responsibility for insurance claims.
Accessibility and Special Assistance
Travelers requiring special accommodations must notify us at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate, but accessibility may vary, especially at historical sites.
Guests requiring assistance must be accompanied by a capable companion.
Minors
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult throughout the Service. Accurate information must be provided at booking to avoid additional fees or complications.
Holidays and Closures
We endeavor to plan tours around known holidays and closures; however, sudden government decisions or local strikes may cause unexpected disruptions. We will attempt to reschedule when possible but cannot guarantee alternatives.
Intellectual Property Rights
All materials on our Site — including text, images, graphics, videos, and logos ("Content") — are the exclusive property of Visit to Ephesus Travel.
You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without prior written consent.
User Content and Reviews
When you share reviews, testimonials, or feedback with us, you grant Visit to Ephesus Travel a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, publish, and promote your content in connection with our Services.
